PRINCIPLE

 

The automated procedure for the determination of the Phosphate total inorganic is based on the hydrolyze  step at high temperature and acidity. Hereafter the o-phosphate total resulting from hydrolyze, is determined by the molybdenum blue method   or  by the vanadate method.

The color intensity for molybdenum blue method is measured at 660 nm

The color intensity for vanadate method is measured at 420 nm
